Acceptance & Authorization

When we receive your items we will call or e-mail you with our repair suggestions and an estimate for your approval. (We will never proceed without your approval). At this point we will ask for your credit card information.


Allow 7 business days for us to do your repair once we receive your items.

Quality Control


When we complete your repairs we will ship by UPS Ground unless you request expedited shipping for an additional fee. When your items are ready to ship back to you, we will charge your credit card.
